About the role...

We are seeking a Senior Product Data Scientist to join our growing team. In this role, you will shape how we leverage data to drive product strategy and enhance long-term customer value. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Leadership to surface insights, guide prioritization, and unlock growth opportunities across our product offerings.

Where you come in

- Partner with product teams to influence strategy and roadmap through data insights.

- Analyze user behavior to identify drivers of retention, drop-offs, and lifetime value (LTV) opportunities.

- Design and interpret experiments to guide product decisions and optimize performance.

- Optimize product funnels to increase conversion rates, revenue, and LTV.

- Identify valuable channels and growth loops to scale demand acquisition.

- Contribute as a thought partner in planning sessions, bringing sharp insights and structured thinking to ambiguous problems.

Your profile

- Experience in product analytics, data science, or related roles at high-growth consumer tech, B2 C, or marketplace companies.

- Proficiency in SQL and Google Sheets for data extraction, cleaning, and interpretation.

- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex data into clear stories for non-technical audiences.

- Strong business acumen—connecting work to revenue, customer value, and product priorities.

- Comfortable working in fast-paced, project-based environments with shifting scopes and priorities.

- Nice to have:
Proficiency in Python or R.

- Nice to have:
Experience with AI/ML integration into analytics workflows.

- Nice to have:
Marketplace experience or a background in multi-sided product dynamics.
