Job position

We are seeking an experienced

Group Travel Designer

to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. The ideal candidate is proactive, client-oriented, and detail-focused, with excellent communication skills and a passion for creating exceptional group travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design, plan, and manage customized group travel itineraries.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.

Provide expert guidance on destinations, accommodations, activities, and logistics.

Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodation, experiences, and on-site services.

Ensure seamless execution of all programs, with meticulous attention to detail.

Requirements
Minimum

3 years of experience

in group travel planning or event management (mandatory).

Based in

Lisbon

(mandatory).

Fluency in

English and Portuguese

;

Spanish is a strong advantage.

Solid knowledge of tourist destinations in the

Iberian Peninsula (Spain & Portugal)

;

Morocco is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Highly proactive and client-focused.
