This is for a full-time, remote-work-at-home position as our headquarters are in the US. We do require team members to work from 7am to 4pm EST (with breaks) as our clients are in the US.

Responsibilities :

• Ensures efficient internal project communication and planning
• Owns the on-time, on-budget, and in-scope delivery of the project
• Ensures coordination and scope/budget/time responsibility
• Handles planning, structure, and cross-functional alignment related to the task and resource management
• Full accountability for the execution of the development phase on web projects
• Delivery and presentation of the Specification Document
• Responsible for weekly and monthly project performance reporting and issue escalations

Requirements :

• Excellent English communication & grammar skills
• Strong knowledge of UX, web development, and ability to lead developers
• Knowledge of modern AI technologies and tools
• Ability to communicate with clients directly, and present work through various phases
• Ability to suggest ideas and practices to improve the outcome of the project and meet project goals
• Able to work efficiently and produce work in a timely manner
• Driven to succeed and generate results for clients
• Able to work EST hours (7 am to 4 pm EST)
