Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements; Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for technical positions; Evaluate and match candidates with suitable job opportunities; Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals; Conduct negotiations and facilitate the offer process; Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.

Qualifications: Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role (mandatory); Solid understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends (mandatory); Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; Fluency in English.
