The role: As the Senior Engineer of the Identity and Access Management team, you will be the technical expert responsible for supporting the Team Lead and other team members to provide IAM services using the Sail Point Identity IQ (IIQ) platform.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective management of user identities and access rights across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Identity and Access Management Security.

The successful candidate should expect occasional international travel to other Flutter UK&I offices, which include Dublin, Cluj, Leeds, London, and Porto.

Key Responsibilities: Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to Sail Point IIQ implementation and integration; Perform root cause analysis of system failures or security incidents and implement corrective measures; Collaborate with vendors and support teams to solve/escalate issues on time; Design, configure, and customize Sail Point IIQ to meet complex business requirements; Lead the technical direction of IAM service, both projects and operational needs; Collaborate with stakeholders to gather IAM requirements and translate them into scalable and secure solutions; Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on Sail Point IIQ implementation and troubleshooting, as well as mentor junior developers; Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, customizations, and procedures.

Your Qualifications – Must Have Possess a deep understanding of Sail Point IIQ and its functionality: Application onboarding; Joiner, Mover, and Leaver process; Scheduled recertification of applications; Correlation and aggregation remediation; Orphan management.

A solid understanding of Java programming; Comfortable with object-oriented programming concepts, Java APIs, and frameworks.

A good understanding of API development or previous experience in extending functionality to existing products.

A Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and Ansible technologies.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to modify the style of communication to influence technical and business stakeholders; Delivery-driven with a sensible attitude to risk; General understanding of information security practices.
