Responsibilities: Manage Enterprise Clients that have purchased Five9's TAM Services offeringManage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple customer environments and escalations; effectively communicate plans, progress and status both internally and to Customer organizationImplement, troubleshoot, build, and support the Five9 call center software solutions in a wide array of configurations and customer environments both remotely and on-sitePartner with Customers to proactively optimize the Five9 call center software solutionArticulate the value of Five9’s Services through presentations, demonstrations and open discussion with customersContinually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships by interacting effectively at all levels of the client organizationDevelop materials in-line with the specific sales and/or services opportunity requirementsMonitor, track, and report on all projects/work related to the TAM engagement of the customer and their Five9 Environment Key Qualifications: 7+ years of related experience, with minimum of 3+ years in contact center operations, implementation/consulting services, support position and/or sales engineeringStrong skills in project management, client management, and technical call centerCall Center industry experienceTCP/IP Networking knowledgeStrong practical understanding of VoIP applications and its principlesProficient with WAN applicationsStrong knowledge of PBX, ACD, CTI, IVR and other call center related technologyWell-versed in Salesforce CRMAbility to interpret HTML / XML related web postingOutstanding customer verbal and written communication skillsExcellent time management skills including managing multiple client implementations and sales activities simultaneouslyMust be an entrepreneurial, self-starterWillingness to travel to customer site within Europe (10%) A./B.S. or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications: Strong understanding of PC and its operating systems, primarily Windows and LinuxStrong ACD/Contact Center Software BackgroundContact Center Operations experienceReporting and Analytics background specifically geared toward contact center key performance indicators.Experience with SaaS model and applicationsDevelopment/Programming/API experience Five9 embraces diversity and is committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.
