Responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled Client Operations Engineer to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliable deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of cloud-based solutions for our Enterprise customers.

They will utilize their expertise in cloud platforms, infrastructure as code, container orchestration, and networking to optimize and maintain the cloud environments for the Frontline Product Suite.

The ideal candidate will also have experience with databases like My SQL and MS SQL, Kubernetes orchestration, cloud security best practices, and excellent communication skills.

Collaborate with our solution delivery teams and customers to understand their infrastructure requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs Design, deploy, and maintain cloud environments to ensure high availability and reliability Work with databases like My SQL, Posgre SQL and Mongo DB to ensure efficient and reliable data storage in the cloud Use infrastructure as code tools to automate cloud deployments Monitor cloud environments to ensure performance, cost efficiency, and security Use a structured troubleshooting approach to identify and resolve issues Develop and maintain Kubernetes environments to support application deployments Troubleshoot and configure network settings on-prem or in cloud environments to ensure optimal performance and security Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless application deployment and integration in the cloud Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure requirements are met Be part of the on-call rotation team Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), preferably Azure certified Strong proficiency with Linux and Windows Server administration Strong proficiency with bash and Power Shell scripting Experience with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Cloud Formation) Familiarity with databases like My SQL, Posgre SQL, Mongo DB and MS SQL Experience with container orchestration, preferably Kubernetes Familiarity with cloud security best practices Experience troubleshooting and configuring network settings in local or cloud platforms Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Flexible hours but able to work a set schedule Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Hold a valid passport and be available to travel outside your country of residence Fluency in English is mandatory, additional languages are a plus What we offer Onsite Onboarding in our HQ office for an optimal start Great compensation and benefits packages including company achievement bonus, company stocks and regular salary reviews Premiums for the private pension plan (BAV) up to the maximum amount are topped up by Team Viewer Public transport friendly offices Option to lease an e-bike or use one of electric cars Special terms for local gyms Access to Corporate Benefits platform with many discounts Regular Team events and company-wide celebrations Open door policy, no dress code rules, frequent all Hands and Leadership Lunches Hybrid and Flexible work time with up to 50% home office Work From Abroad Program allowing up to 40 days of work outside your contracting country We celebrate diversity as one of core values, join and drive one of the c-a-r-e initiatives together with us!
