Junior It Project Manager

The role
Responsibilities
In this role, you will support the delivery of technology and digital transformation projects, ensuring successful implementation of solutions that drive business impact. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Assisting in end-to-end project management under the guidance of senior team members, ensuring objectives, timelines, and quality standards
Collaborating with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft) to ensure integrated delivery
Preparing clear project updates and stakeholder presentations
Applying project management methodologies and supporting change management and user adoption initiatives
Contributing to process improvements and helping develop approaches to solve client challenges.

Your profile

You successfully completed your degree in management, engineering, information systems, or a related field
You have over 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in a consultancy environment
You are familiar with project management practices and tools. Power Point proficiency is essential, Excel or Power BI are a plus
Experience supporting technology implementation and change management is valued
You demonstrate strong organizational skills, clear and structured communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders in dynamic environments
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Portuguese.
