Our HR Shared Services team is growing, and we need individuals passionate about attracting, engaging, and communicating with excellence in mind every single day.Therefore, we are currently looking for a:Candidate Care SpecialistThis role is based in Lisbon (Portugal)Purpose of the roleThe Candidate Care Specialist will provide support to Hiring Managers and Candidates from the time an offer is accepted through to the onboarding of the new employee. The Specialist will work with Global Talent Attraction (GTA), HR Service Delivery and other support teams to ensure a smooth and positive experience for the manager and new employee.Customers may include Hiring Managers, HRBPs, and GTA. The specialist will provide support in resolving escalated issues, serving as a point of contact for all Candidate/New Hire and Hiring Manager inquiries, proactive communications on steps in the process, monitoring of Global Background Checks as appropriate, and oversight of ancillary processes such as letter or contract generationMain responsibilitiesAct as a functional area subject matter expert to oversee end-to-end hiring administration and excellent customer experience.Utilize HR case management and knowledge management system to obtain resolutions and document/track cases.Possess advanced GTA and process knowledge to support all standard and ancillary hiring activities to ensure first day productivity.Initiate Global Background Check and Monitor for completion and adjudicate decisional results.Oversee creation of Offer letter and contracts.Act as point of contact for New Hires and Hiring Managers.Process ready for hire and any other needed updates in Workday.Support onboarding activities.Research and analyze data and information, navigate multiple systems, resources, and tools to investigate and provide accurate answers.Apply appropriate knowledge and judgment when non-scripted answers are required.Partner proactively with HR Service Delivery to provide guidance and coaching; identify when additional training or knowledge is needed to prevent escalations.Recommend changes or updates to HR Portal content to enable better self-service support.Participate on special assignments or teams as assigned.Your profileBachelor’s Degree or higher - Bachelor’s degree or in lieu of degree applicable years of experienceAt least two years of related work experience, e.g., Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Shared Services, or customer care.Excellent applied judgment and professionalism.Exceptional oral and verbal communication skills.Understanding of different roles and responsibilities within the Human Resources Function.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with ongoing technology and process changes.Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adjusting to new ways of working.Capable to work independently and coordinate with key partner groups.Related experience in WorkdayWhat we offer We welcome you to a truly global, dynamic, and challenging environment with excellent personal development opportunities.
