HR Manager - Richemont Technology Competency Center (TCC) - Lisbon CONTEXT Richemont is hiring an HR Manager to join the Central HR team dedicated to the Group Platforms department. The TCC Lisbon HR Manager will report directly to the responsible HR Director in Switzerland  and will be the main point of contact in the Lisbon entity for employees, providers and government institutions.   If you are passionate about people, technology, and data , you will get a chance to play a key role in supporting the business on major human resources topics and contribute to the on-going digital transformation of the organization. You will act as a single point of contact for our Managers and our Employees and will learn a lot every day. Words like Cloud, Dev Ops, Data, E-commerce, predictive analytics, AI will be part of your daily discussions and you will constantly get inspired by our exceptional talent.  HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? As an HR Manager, you will: Ensure business and staff proximity by establishing trustful relationships Deliver Human Resources Management activities, from on-boarding to off-boarding, including all legal requirements Implement HR processes, policies, and tools according to Group practices.  Provide functional support, collaborating with the payroll provider for efficient execution and reporting Maintain and update HR-related databases including HR administration, time management, social insurances Supporting internal requirements, such as ensuring the proper completion and submission of reports Processing of employee enquiries and requests related to Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and Taxe Ensure HR administration and compliance Provide advice and coaching to Managers and Employees on HR related matters Facilitate recruitment strategy, ensuring the Talent Acquisition process reflects our values and guiding principles. Partner with Hiring Managers and our Talent Acquisition Partners to ensure we attract and hire perfectly suitable  candidates whose talent, competencies and experience support the business needs. Support People Development across the organisation together with our Managers and ensure upskilling to latest tech trends and certifications Manage specific projects and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives Develop strong connections with the teams to have a clear overview of the key people topics to build the appropriate action plans and successfully deliver results WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE? You have experience as an HR Admin and Generalist role, with a recognized University degree. You have confirmed knowledge on Portuguese Labor Law and HR practices, experience in end-to-end recruitment, and a general understanding of HR lifecycle/HR best practices . Governmental institution knowledge is a strong asset. You are a self-starter, quick learner, fast thinker, fantastic team player and an autonomous person. You are curious, creative and have a continuous improvement mindset. Fluent English is a must and French is an asset. Any other language you will most probably be able to practice in our international environment. Legal background and consulting experience is an asset, as is any technology/data related experience, education or passion. HOW DO WE KEEP YOU SMILING? You will learn a lot and never get bored!
