1.5 million employees
worldwide through our innovative employee apps.

In this role, you'll:

Maintain and develop our. NET backend infrastructure
Design, implement, and maintain complex mobile systems using. Net Maui, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and efficient;
Collaborate with design teams to translate concepts into seamless user experiences
Work in an agile environment where your ideas shape the product roadmap
Leverage AI tools to accelerate development and solve complex challenges

What you'll bring:

. Net MAUI or Xamarin expertise
cross-platform development (must have) or proven experience in native mobile application development
Past experience on Flutter, and native development (i OS/Android) is valued
Strong command of C# programming and SQL database management
Working knowledge of Azure cloud environments
Demonstrated experience with Google Play Store and Apple App Store deployment processes
Experience building mobile apps with strong user ratings and performance metrics
Unit testing methodologies and test-driven development practices
Nice to Have:
REST API integration and Open API specification implementation
Experience with CI/CD workflows, particularly Git Hub Actions
