CSM – Costumer Success Manager – Hybrid (Lisbon)
What we are looking for
Hard skills
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Bilingual in French and English is a must, with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively in both languages across written and verbal channels.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Account Manager, and/or Customer Success Manager (CSM) in technology-related businesses.
• Specific experience leading both large enterprise and small buissness customer relationships.
• Demonstrated technical understanding of mobile app development, including working knowledge of app stores, SDK integrations, analytics tagging, campaign tools, and QA processes.
• Experience working within an agile framework and scrum methodology (working with cross-functional teams in sprint formats).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and deliver with consistency.
• Proven ability to track and influence customer KPIs and define success frameworks that link delivery efforts to tangible outcomes.
• Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) are a plus.
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, Microsoft 365 or similar.
• Clear, professional, and confident communication skills (both written and verbal) for internal team collaboration and customer-facing engagements.
