We are looking for a Windows System Administrator with expertise in Microsoft Azure!
Mission: This profile will be integrated on the Cloud Center, where it will design, install and support environments.
Responsabilities:
- Take Part in Team Discussions: Have discussions about project and operations-related subjects.
- Policy Definition and Application: To standardize systems and guarantee information security, create and implement organizational policies.
- Issue Diagnosis and Resolution: Diagnose and resolve user and IT system issues, providing both technical and functional support.
- Continuous Improvement: Ensure the ongoing enhancement and high availability of all IT systems for the business.
- Design of technological Solutions: Create and maintain technological solutions in accordance with business needs.
- Incident Management: Investigate and manage incidents, get in touch with suppliers, and resolve them.
- Knowledge Development: Increase knowledge with present tools to promote internal knowledge exchange.
Requirements:
- Active Directory: Manage and administer Active Directory services, including user and group management, GPOs.
- Solid skills in Microsoft Azure, able to manage and optimize cloud infrastructures, ensuring performance, security and operational efficiency.
- Power Shell Scripting: Develop and automate tasks using Power Shell scripting.
- Office365 Administration: Administer Office365 services, including Azure, Exchange Online (Hybrid), Share Point, and Teams.
- M365 Security features: knowledge on managing Microsoft security portal.
- Microsoft Roles: Knowledgeable in multiple Microsoft roles (such as print servers, file sharing, and Remote Desktop Services).
- Ironport: good skill in messaging and knowledge with Cisco Ironport technology (good to have).
- Citrix: good knowledge in Citrix environment (good to have).
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows servers, desktops, and applications.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and assistance to end-users and other IT teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and solutions.
