Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to align with hiring needs.

Ensure a smooth onboarding process, helping new hires integrate successfully.

Build strong relationships with candidates, acting as a trusted partner throughout the selection process.

Manage recruitment databases and reports to track progress and optimize hiring strategies.

What We Are Looking For Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) and a good command of English (B2).

University degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and candidate database management.

Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.

Knowledge of recruitment methods, including hiring profiles, assessments, and interview techniques.
