Right now, we are looking for a
Security Engineer Analyst
to integrate our internal team, based in
Lisbon.
Your responsibilities include:
Analyze and identify security incidents promptly
Escalate and participate in/support crisis situations
Interact with all stakeholders until full incident resolution.
Perform in-depth analysis and risk assessment for security incidents.
Participate in and lead lessons-learned sessions for complex cases.
Prepare recurring and status reports on security incidents.
Review and improve incident response documentation.
Train and mentor team members.
Participate in SIEM solution implementation projects.
Align with the L1 team
You must have:
Academic background (Level 4+), with a university degree related to IT/Computer Science/Security;
Certifications in GCIH, ECIH, CISSP, ISO27001, ITIL, OSCP, CISA, CISM, GIAC-* fields (Preferred);
Full fluency in English, both written and spoken;
Over 2 years of experience in Information Security;
Over 1 year of experience in security incident management;
Experience managing large-scale/complex clients;
Knowledge/Experience in:
SIEM/monitoring tools
Security Incident Management
Vulnerability/Impact/Risk Assessment
Security Monitoring/Controls
Network/Systems Administration
Security Administration
Digital Forensics Incident Response (DFIR) and support for security incident response
We value:
Knowledge/Experience with OSINT
Knowledge/Experience with SIEMs and SOARs
Knowledge/Experience with Network or Systems Administration
Knowledge/Experience with DFIR (Digital Forensics and Incident Response)
Relevant Cybersecurity certifications, such as SC-200, SSCP, Security+, CEH, ECIH, GSEC, etc.
