As our new Sales Solution Specialist (Modern Work), you will have responsibility for driving sales of Modern work solutions. This includes Microsoft 365 productivity suite, security solutions, Copilot and more. To succeed in the role, you will combine technical knowledge with excellent sales acumen to present custom tailored solutions that enhance productivity and collaboration.
Key responsibilities will include:
Provide in-depth understanding of products, services, and solutions across the M365 productivity suite, Security, Compliance, Copilot & Google Suite to our customers.
Lead workshops and presentations across M365, Copilot & Google Suite involving implementation best practices.
Manage the sales process from qualified opportunity to deal closing in conjunction with our sales team.
Identify and engage with potential customers to understand business challenges and objectives. Conduct thorough assessments to propose tailored solutions.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to position our offerings effectively.
Your Competencies:
3 years+ of experience with solution selling in the IT ecosystem; experience within Modern Workplace or Google Suite solutions is considered a plus.
Demonstrated knowledge & confidence as a subject matter expert.
Confident in leading workshops with customers and partners.
Background from presales or technical consulting role would be advantageous.

Strong ability to translate complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
Thrives with evaluation and analysis of results, making data-driven decisions to solve problems efficiently.
