Kautak Learning is a leading organization in Education Sector, dedicated to delivering innovative and effective learning solutions. We are seeking a talented Learning Design Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge educational content.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement engaging e-learning modules using Captivate and Articulate. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and analyze content requirements. Create interactive and multimedia-rich learning experiences that align with instructional design principles. Conduct needs assessments and learner analysis to tailor content to specific audiences. Develop storyboards, scripts, and prototypes for e-learning courses. Ensure all learning materials are accessible and compliant with industry standards (e. G., SCORM, AICC, WCAG). Evaluate and revise existing e-learning content to enhance effectiveness and engagement. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in e-learning and instructional design. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for e-learning platforms and tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of learning solutions. Demonstrate maturity and professionalism in working to meet client requirements and managing client-facing interactions. Adapt to ambiguity and thrive in an ever-changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in a related field. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS). Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Java Script. Certification in instructional design or e-learning development.
