Your Role: What You'll Do
As a Remote Dutch-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will:
- Provide friendly and efficient support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Help users troubleshoot technical problems related to devices, apps, settings, and performance
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions, ensuring clarity and comfort throughout the interaction
- Answer questions about warranties, repairs, account settings, purchases, and more
- Log, categorize, and escalate issues when needed, while maintaining data accuracy and compliance
- Stay up-to-date with product and system updates to provide accurate and current assistance
- Promote customer loyalty and trust by consistently offering top-tier service and empathy
- Work collaboratively with internal support teams to resolve complex or sensitive issues
Who You Are
We are looking for someone who is:
- Fluent in Dutch (C1 level or higher) with good English skills (B2 level minimum)
- Legally residing in Portugal or willing to relocate (visa/work permit assistance not provided)
- Passionate about customer support and capable of handling tech-related issues
- A clear and confident communicator, both written and spoken
- Patient, empathetic, and a great problem solver
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting with strong time-management skills
- Familiar with modern technology (smartphones, i OS/mac OS devices, basic software troubleshooting)
