As the Digital Innovation Specialist at Greenvolt, you will lead the identification and implementation of digital innovation initiatives across the organization. Your mission is to drive growth and profitability by proposing and executing digital projects that enhance products, solutions, processes, and business models. You will work closely with the IT department and relevant business units to deliver high-impact innovation while positioning Greenvolt at the forefront of digital transformation in the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy and Opportunity Sourcing:
- Propose a digital innovation strategy aligned with the company's objectives.
- Lead the sourcing and selection of digital innovation opportunities.
Project Leadership:
- Propose and lead the implementation of approved digital projects (products, solutions, processes, business models).
- Collaborate with the IT department to ensure successful execution.
Stakeholder Management:
- Manage the relationship with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and impact.
Thought Leadership:
- Promote a culture of digital innovation within Greenvolt.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and innovation trends.
Profile:
- University degree in IT Engineering or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in innovation, preferably in the energy sector or in technology-driven companies.
- Strong background in IT project management and familiarity with programming tools.
- Fluency in English (mandatory).
- Solid understanding of IT tools, processes, and digital technologies.
- Exposure to innovation methodologies (e.g. design thinking, agile, lean startup) and innovation ecosystems (nice to have).
