Job Description:
We are looking for an expert Java Script developer who is highly skilled with Node.js and Vue.js/React.js. Your primary focus will be developing user-facing web applications and components. You’ll implement them with the Vue.js framework, following generally accepted practices and workflows. Your commitment to team collaboration, perfect communication, and a quality product is crucial.
Responsibilities:
- Developing web applications using Node.js
- Developing user-facing applications using Vue.js
- Building modular and reusable components and libraries
- Optimizing your application for performance
- Staying up-to-date with all recent developments in the Java Script and Vue.js/React.js space
- Keeping an eye on security updates
- Proposing any upgrades and updates necessary for keeping up with modern security and development best practices
Skills:
- Highly proficient with the Java Script language (Node.js)
- Highly proficient with Vue.js/React.js framework and its core principles such as components, reactivity, and the virtual DOM
- Good understanding of HTML5 and CSS3, including Sass or Less
- Understanding of server-side rendering and its benefits and use cases
- Ability to write efficient, secure, well-documented, and clean Java Script code
- Familiarity with automated Java Script testing, specifically testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha or Tape
- Experience with both consuming and designing RESTful APIs
Nice to have:
- Knowledge in AWS functionalities
- Knowledge in some data bases like Dynamo, Elastic Search or Redis
