We are currently supporting one of our long-term partners — a global leader in customer experience technologies — in finding a dedicated and detail-driven Data Content Specialist with Italian & English to join their growing team in Lisbon, Portugal.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Review user-generated content to ensure it complies with internal policies and local regulations
- Detect and remove any content that breaches safety, legal, or quality standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve moderation procedures and workflow
- Help evolve and update best practices and content moderation guidelines
- Act quickly and effectively to address flagged content and escalate policy violations
What We’re Looking For:
- Italian (C1) and English (C1) – fluent in both written and spoken communication
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Emotional resilience and maturity when working with potentially sensitive content
- Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule, including overnight shifts
- Prior experience in content moderation, compliance, or customer service is a plus
