What do you need to be SMART? Experience as an Application Support Engineer , Production Support , or similar role Strong experience working in Linux environments Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Shell , Python , and Power Shell Experience with CI/CD tools , particularly Jenkins Familiarity with release and deployment tools such as XL Deploy and XL Release Ability to analyze logs, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root cause analysis Understanding of application lifecycle , deployments, and production support processes Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams
What will your role be at SMART? Provide L2/L3 application support for critical systems Monitor applications and respond to incidents to ensure system availability and performance
Support and execute application releases and deployments Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines Develop and maintain scripts to automate operational tasks
Collaborate closely with development and Dev Ops teams Document procedures, incidents, and operational processes
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application stability
