Job Description
Thaleria is seeking a Technical Recruiter to help drive recruitment initiatives for projects with our clients, mainly European Institutions and private sector organizations.
We’re looking for a dynamic and proactive professional to help manage the recruitment life cycle - from sourcing and screening candidates to ensuring successful onboardings.
This is a hybrid position based in Lisbon, with flexibility between office and remote work.
Key Responsibilities
Managing candidate selection: first contact, screening, qualifying interviews, validation and follow-up.
Developing and maintaining an international network of qualified technical candidates, including a constant pipeline for recurrent profiles.
Assisting in the preparation of application packages.
Working with business development and delivery teams to understand immediate and future needs.
Helping market the company through the right channels to increase available candidates.

Job Requirements
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Fluency in other EU languages is an asset.
Willingness and ability to quickly learn about the fields and technologies we recruit in (Software Development, Data & AI, Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, Digital Marketing etc.).
Any professional experience in HR and/or IT or related fields would be an asset.
