As a Technical Consultant for our Cranial & Spinal Technologies (CST) team, you will have a direct impact on advancing patient care through Medtronic’s technologies and therapies.

This is a remote position, primarily covering the center and north of Portugal.
Responsibilities may include the following, and other duties may be assigned:
- Efficiently organize and schedule surgeries using internal tools.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products to ensure accurate surgical support and proper booking.
- Utilize sales skills to train surgeons and nurses on the use of Medtronic medical devices.
- Provide support during congresses, training courses, and other events.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or Business Administration.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot).
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player with problem-solving and results-driven attitude.
Experience in the medical device industry, including a hospital operating room environment, is highly valued.
