/p p Become part of an international team of creative problem solvers and drive real revenue! /p h3 Tasks /h3 pb Your mission /b /p ul li Lead all sales and upselling initiatives specifically focusing on our Managed Services (BI, Hosting, and advanced support packages) /li li Guide clients through our service offerings, identifying their evolving needs and negotiating contracts that ensure long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
/li li Transform everyday support interactions and client feedback into actionable sales opportunities and process improvements.
/li li Partner closely with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery while maintaining a sharp focus on client satisfaction and account growth /li /ul h3 Requirements /h3 pb Who you are /b /p ul li Technical course or a relevant university degree /li li At least 2 years of proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management or B2 B Sales; ideally within the IT, software, or digitalization sectors /li li A proactive, sales-driven mindset is a must.
