Workplace: Lisbon (Hybrid)
Profile: Higher education in Information Technologies or a similar field;
Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in infrastructure, with at least 3 years in technical leadership and/or architecture roles;
Background as a Sys Admin/Linux Engineer or Windows Engineer with progression to Tech Lead;
Relevant experience in managing or coordinating technology projects within PMOs;
Strong knowledge of:
Hybrid environment architecture (on-prem + Azure and/or AWS);
Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), networking, security, and storage;
Microsoft services (AD, M365), Linux, backup and monitoring solutions;
Automation with Power Shell, Bash, and Python (Ansible or Terraform valued);
Storage and backup (Veeam, Net App, Dell EMC, among others);
Networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, and firewalls);
Knowledge of CI/CD, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and Dev Ops practices is valued;
Certifications such as AZ-104, VMware VCP, RHCSA, or Veeam VMCE will be valued;
Fluency in English;
Experience in team management or technical mentoring;
Excellent communication skills and solution-oriented mindset;
Sense of responsibility, proactivity, and autonomy.
