As a Talent Researcher, you'll work closely with Hiring Managers, Talent Attraction Managers, and other internal stakeholders to identify top talents for various roles across Europe. You'll also act as a company ambassador to potential candidates, building long-lasting relationships and fostering a talent network that fuels our continued success. In your new role you will: Develop and implement sourcing strategies to find talented individuals for open positions across our European sites; Make use of our internal databases , social networks , and other relevant tools to identify and connect with potential candidates ; Work closely with Hiring Managers and Talent Attraction Managers , to understand the position’s scope , its requirements and thus provide agile and high-quality support ; Engage with potential candidates (i.e., e-mail, phone, etc..), to understand their career goals and motivations, and build strong talent benches , which can sustain the creation of networks for long-lasting relations; Make use of analytic tools to generate different types of reports to improve your own performance and to support the business with data-driven decision-making regarding talent; Proactively contribute to process improvements and efficiency gains , by keeping a strong customer-centric approach and team collaboration. You are a highly proactive person who easily establishes successful cooperation with your team and others. With your methodic and organized working style, you structure your activities in an efficient way. Furthermore, your service mindset and your strong customer orientation allow you to target specific needs and provide a service of excellence. You are best equipped for this task if you have: A University degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or similar field of studies; Between 1 to 3 years of work experience in recruiting, headhunting, talent search, or HR consulting preferably with technical roles (e.g., IT, engineering, etc.); Practical knowledge of candidate sourcing platforms , such as LinkedIn Recruiter is nice to have; Great communication skills , a customer-centric approach, and a collaborative mindset ; Good command of English – mandatory.
