What you'll do:
Analyze and resolve incidents related to Google Cloud services, especially (but not limited to): Compute and Networking, Cloud Run, Cloud Storage (Buckets), Cloud SQL, GKE, Certificate Manager, IAM, Artifact/Container Registry;
Perform troubleshooting of infrastructure, networks, and containerized workloads;
Create and maintain Ia C pipelines using Terraform, Atlantis, Git Hub, and Git Hub Actions;
Consume, maintain, and evolve Kubernetes artifacts (manifests, Helm charts);
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to identify improvements, optimize costs, and promote best practices;
Update technical documentation, operational procedures, and runbooks;
Contribute to automation efforts and improvements in observability posture (logs, metrics, alerts);
Participate in on-call/standby rotation on alternating weeks;

What you are:
Proven experience working with Google Cloud environments;
Strong proficiency with Terraform, version control (Git Hub), and automation tools (Git Hub Actions);
Experience with Kubernetes and Helm;
Practical knowledge of networking, load balancing, identity, and cloud security;
Knowledge of other clouds (Azure, AWS) is a plus;
Experience in reading and creating clear and objective technical documentation;
Fluent in English nd Portuguese;
