We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Store Runner to support the daily operations of our store. This role is key in ensuring smooth back-office processes and assisting the team with administrative and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Support the store team with administrative tasks and daily operations;
Manage stock movements, transfers, and organization of the stockroom;
Assist in receiving, checking, and processing deliveries;
Ensure proper labeling, pricing, and product organization;
Maintain accurate records and support inventory control processes;
Assist in preparing items for display or client requests;
Ensure the store maintains high standards of organization and efficiency.
Profile
Strong organizational and time-management skills;
Detail-oriented with a sense of responsibility;
Proactive and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment;
Good communication skills and team spirit;
Previous experience in retail or administrative roles is a plus;
Fluency in English and Portuguese.
