On your day-to-day, you’ll work with the entire development team, tackling the daily challenges, leading discussions about architectural integrity and compliance with design patterns.

About you:5+ years’ experience developing in C#, React, and Postgres and Mongo DB, with a proven track record of developing high-quality software.

Demonstrated leadership experience in managing development teams and projects.

Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and innovatively.

Strong ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and continuously update knowledge in a rapidly evolving field.

Experience with testing and validation processes to ensure the software meets all requirements and quality standards."Can do, will do" attitude.

Resilient and optimistic in the face of adversity.

Nice to have: Experience with cloud technologies and services.

Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and tools.

Knowledge of additional programming languages, frameworks, or databases is highly desirable.
