PROFILE:
Academic qualifications at the 12th year level;
Professional experience of more than 1 year in Service Desk;
Proven professional experience in technical support for Windows environments, namely workplace operating systems and their troubleshooting;
Knowledge of installing applications in workplace environments with Windows operating systems;
Knowledge of the ITSM ticket registration tool will be valued;
ITIL certification is valued;
Fluency in Portuguese and good knowledge of English;
Good communication and teamwork skills;
Strong customer orientation and achievement of objectives;
