Position Overview
Our Service Team members are the main point of contact for guests. Duro De Matar Crew love service, embody a warm sense of hospitality and represent our core values to our guests. Servers guide our guests through the DDM experience, providing service that is knowledgeable, approachable, efficient, and energetic while upholding company values. .
What’s On Offer
€1,350 net + up to €250/month KPI bonus. €500/year professional development fund. 12–18 month path to Management Positions. Balanced roster, posted 2 weeks in advance. Work Life Balance. (true 8-hour shifts, no work taken home, and two consecutive days off. ) Work directly with the founders and a creative, cross-disciplinary team.
What You Bring
2+ years FOH . Proven ability to give great service Fluent English ; Portuguese strongly preferred; Spanish a plus. Tech-savvy, calm under pressure, music lover and guest-focused.Location: Beato, Lisbon
