Job Summary
We are looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic Fin Ops team. In this role, you'll help build and maintain one of our most important internal systems – a platform responsible for orchestrating and automating the movement of assets across exchanges, wallets, and custodians such as Binance, OKX, Fireblocks, Ku Coin, and Coinbase. You’ll act as a key bridge between our finance and engineering functions, creating tools and workflows that ensure our operational reliability, capital efficiency, and real‑time visibility into digital asset flows.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Designing and developing robust tools that support and automate financial operations
Building internal services to manage asset transfers, settlements, and rebalancing across centralized exchanges and custodial platforms
Integrating third‑party APIs from exchanges, wallets, and infrastructure providers
Collaborating with Finance, Treasury, and other Engineering teams to translate operational needs into scalable systems
Enhancing observability, error handling, and reporting across financial workflows
Supporting compliance and reconciliation processes through engineering‑driven solutions
Ensuring security, reliability, and auditability in high‑stakes systems moving real assets
Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of development experience with modern programming languages such as Go and/or Javascript
Proficiency in developing REST and/or g RPC APIs
Experience integrating APIs from external services
Familiarity with revision control systems
Knowledge of standard development pipelines, including build and other automation tools
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams
Fluent written and oral English skills
Bonus if You Have
Direct experience with Go development, as it will be the primary language used in the role
Experience with cloud architecture, particularly AWS and Docker
Fluency in cryptocurrencies or other digital assets as they are core to our business
Community talks, certifications, and/or blog posts on your interests and research
Open source project contributions of any kind, such as tools developed to solve specific problems you’ve had or fixing issues on existing projects
