Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Share Point Administrator to join our IT team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of our Share Point environments.
This role requires deep technical knowledge of Share Point, as well as strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Main Responsibilities Administer and maintain Share Point environments, including Share Point Online and Share Point Server.
Configure and manage Share Point sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and permissions.
Monitor Share Point performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
Implement and manage Share Point security policies and permissions to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Perform regular backups and ensure disaster recovery plans are in place and tested.
Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Share Point with various applications and services.
Develop and maintain documentation for Share Point configurations, processes, and procedures.
Provide technical support and guidance to IT staff and end-users regarding Share Point-related issues.
Plan and execute Share Point migrations and upgrades.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to Share Point and related technologies.
Train and mentor junior Share Point administrators and other IT staff.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience managing and supporting Share Point environments.
In-depth knowledge of Share Point architecture, administration, and configuration.
Experience with Share Point Online and Share Point Server.
Strong understanding of Share Point security, permissions, and compliance.
Familiarity with Power Shell scripting for automation and management tasks.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
