Join a winning team and share your talent with us What are your main responsibilities?Define BI standards, taxonomies, and governance practices; Build semantic models and intuitive dashboards with strong UX principles; Collaborate with Data Engineering, Dev Ops, and business teams (Sales, CX, HR, Finance); Modernize legacy reporting and support our transition to Data Vault 2.0; Ensure data quality, performance, and scalable delivery pipelines; Strategic impact on BI platform and analytics standards; Full ownership of delivery—from concept to production; Cross-functional collaboration and visibility across the organization; Opportunity to shape the future of our semantic layer and data architecture.
What do we expect from you?4–6 years in BI/Analytics, with 3+ years of end-to-end Power BI experience; Strong SQL, DAX, M, and experience with tools like Tabular Editor, DAX Studio, ALM Toolkit; Solid understanding of data modeling, performance tuning, and UX design; Experience with Azure Dev Ops, Synapse, and Python is a plus; Proactive, independent, and comfortable working across technical and business teams.
