Your Role
We are seeking to hire experienced Scrum Masters to facilitate Agile development processes within a client in the Energy sector. The Scrum Master will be responsible for ensuring the team follows Agile principles, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to help the team deliver high-quality products efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews;
- Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices and principles;
- Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder the team's progress;
- Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog;
- Foster a self-organizing, high-performing team culture;
- Track team performance metrics and drive continuous improvements;
- Ensure alignment between business goals and Agile methodologies.
- Academic background in IT Engineering or in a related field;
- At least 3 years of proven experience in the role of a Scrum Master;
- Expertise in Jira and Confluence;
- Scrum Master certification is mandatory (e.g PSM-I ; CSM);
- Knowledge of other methodologies and frameworks (e.g Waterfall) and respective certifications are valued (e.g. PMP, CAPM);
- Strong communication skills;
- Solid proficiency in English (spoken and written).
