Designing at Coach Hub is an incredible journey. Our team caters to three main personas, two platforms, and a back office, ensuring we address a diverse range of needs with exceptional user experiences. It's a challenge that requires extensive user research, stakeholder management, and collaboration, allowing us to find and solve real problems effectively.

What You'll Be Doing
Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and other colleagues in a cross-functional, distributed team. Together, you'll actively define customer and business problems.
Collaborate with other designers to ensure quality, consistency to level up our platform.
Conduct user research, feed our research repository, and share insights that will drive product development.
Run different types of workshops to foster ideation, problem finding/solving or to map user journeys
Manage communication across various stakeholders, from sales to customer success and client experience
Design end-to-end flows and prototypes, ensuring products solve problems in a simple and elegant way while paying attention to detail.
Iterate on designs, implement them with the technical team, and present the final solutions during design reviews.
What You'll Need
Clear communication in English as it's our working language
3+ years of experience in product design; Saa S experience is preferred.
A portfolio featuring examples of product design work.
Strong knowledge of design fundamentals including accessibility
The ability to take ownership of the design process and work as a self-directed member of the development team.
A clean visual design sense.
A passion for solving problems and being challenged.
A commitment to constant learning and personal growth, both individually and with the team.
Proficiency in Figma and Miro.
Ability to utilize our design system and contribute to its growth.
Nice to Have
Experience in data visualization.
Experience in Digital coaching, high growth Saa S/, and/or Mental Health/Ed tech industries
Fluency or proficiency in any other language
