Win Power has been operating on the national and international markets for over 30 years on the domains of engineering, Operation & Maintenance of energy generation solutions and providing services for the energy transition of its customers and partners. One of the strategic goals of the organization is to give an opportunity to engineers who want to participate in disruptive projects on the energy sector and build new opportunities with the Win Power Team.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Academic background at 12th grade level or University degree;
• Professional experience in the development of technical-commercial activities;
• Strong interest in the commercial area and business development;
• Good knowledge of the Energy sector and its equipment;
• Proficiency in MS Office tools;
• Dynamic and proactive, focused on stakeholders’ goals and expectations;
• Communication, planning, and document management skills;
• Fluent in English (written and spoken);
• Attention to detail;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

WHAT ROLE WILL YOU PLAY:

• Participate in the development of Technical-Commercial proposals for national and international tenders in the Energy sector, budgets and market consultations;
• Prepare and organize the documentation developed for proposals;
• Take part in identifying and evaluating business opportunities;
• Participate in the analysis of requirements and specifications, tender document, and bidding elements;
• Monitor and follow-up on the proposal process after submission;
• Attend meetings with suppliers and customers;
• Contribute with new strategies and ideas to add value and competitiveness to the proposals;
• Comply with and ensure compliance with the guiding principles of Win Power’s Quality Policy.
