You will grow with us in a global company that puts its people at the heart.  We are bringing a Training Site Manager on board to support us in maintaining our project's quality standards and achieving high-level performance. Your mission at Webhelp  At Webhelp, your contribution will make a difference in our organization’s business and the lives of our employees.As a Training Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing the preparation of material related to training activities development for Webhelp University or external client projects to ensure their complete success within the process and legislation compliance.  What you will be doing at Webhelp  As a Training Site Manager, you will:Coordinate all sites to list numbered data (reporting and synthesis)Build and analyze training reports: WHU and productionSteer/ coordinate training actions to improve performance on project supportMake production contribute and subscribe to transversal training projectsCommunicate on WHU project managementDevelop and update WHU training modulesStrengthen relationships with executive interlocutors (BUD, Customer accounts officers,…)Deliver customer and Webhelp training with energy and interactivity What we are looking for Your natural talent for helping people and ability to think on your feet will be a great asset to our company’s development. Your flexible mindset and troubleshooting experience will get you far in your journey with us. We’ll be a great match if you: Are Native or Proficient in French (C2)Have fluency in English (B2)Possess professional experience in training and development area (training planification, communication, organization, contents development, follow up of the training efficiency and impact on KPI’s)Possess in-depth knowledge of performance metrics (KPI’s)Have good knowledge of Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)Inspire others with a positive and ‘can do’ attitude overlooking a community-building approach. You appreciate our values of recognition, integrity, unity, commitment, and you are eager to create the "wow" too.     Braga (BRAH-gə, Português: [ˈbɾaɣɐ] (ouvir); Proto-Céltico: * Bracara) é uma cidade e um município do distrito de Braga, na região histórica e cultural da Província do Minho. A cidade tem uma população residente de 192.494 habitantes (em 2011), representando o sétimo maior concelho de Portugal (em população). Sua área é de 183,40 km2. A sua área urbana aglomerada estende-se do rio Cávado ao rio Este. É o terceiro maior centro urbano de Portugal (depois de Lisboa e Porto). É sede da mais antiga arquidiocese portuguesa, a Arquidiocese de Braga da Igreja Católica e é a sede do Primado das Espanha.
