For one of our global clients, we are currently looking for experienced SAP Success Factors Consultants with strong skills in one of the submodules.

Role: SAP Success Factors Consultant
Location: Highly preferred to have hybrid work with one day in the office in Lisbon, Braga or Coimbra

Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6-12 months + extension
Scope:
Analyze current time management and absence processes
Advise on best practices and solution design within SAP Success Factors
Lead or support end-to-end implementation activities
Conduct workshops (remote and occasional onsite sessions)
Configure and test the solution
Support integration discussions (if applicable)
Assist during deployment and post-go-live support
Skills:
Minimum 3-5 years of strong expertise in SAP Success Factors
Proven experience in one of the Success Factors areas ( Employee Central, Time Tracking, Learning, Recruiting, Reporting, Integration, Data Migration
Strong configuration skills in Success Factors
At least one full end-to-end implementation experience in one of the modules defined above.
Fluent in English and/or Portuguese
