Your Role Will Involve:
- Building and managing integrations with both internal platforms and third-party applications
- Partnering with teams across departments to capture and translate functional needs into technical solutions
- Driving technical standards and contributing to smooth, scalable deployment processes
- Troubleshooting and optimizing system performance as part of daily operations
- Upholding strong data governance, security protocols, and system integrity
- Staying current with Salesforce releases, tools, and ecosystem advancements
- Tailoring and configuring Salesforce to meet a wide range of business and operational requirements
- Designing and maintaining custom Apex code, Lightning components, triggers, and Visualforce pages
Your Profile:
- Proven hands-on experience in Salesforce system administration
- In-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud, platform configuration, and data modeling
- Proficient in Apex, SOQL, Lightning development, and familiar with integration techniques
- Experience working across integrated environments, connecting Salesforce with other business platforms
- Salesforce certifications are highly valued
- Exposure to Marketing Cloud or Data Cloud is an added advantage
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
