We are looking for Sales Associates to join the new BOSS store at Freeport Alcochete. This role is essential to ensuring a premium customer experience through personalized service, proactive communication, and full alignment with the brand values.
25 hours per week
Rotating schedule
Permanent position
Expected start date: March 2026.
What you can expect:
Provide excellent customer service, conveying the values of the BOSS brand.
Advise customers on products and collections, driving sales and customer loyalty.
Ensure impeccable organization and presentation of the sales area.
Support product replenishment and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
Work with KPIs and sales targets, ensuring consistent performance.
Carry out outreach (proactive communication with customers) to strengthen relationships and generate sales opportunities.
Comply with internal procedures and brand policies.
Your profile:
Previous experience in sales, preferably in premium or luxury fashion.
Strong customer and results orientation.
Good communication skills and ability to build relationships.
Fluency in English (mandatory).
Availability to work flexible hours.
