Join a dynamic and innovative team dedicated to redefining hotel operations through an all-in-one hotel management system. Our client is looking for a Dutch speaking Customer Success Manager to support customers in the Benelux market and join their office in either Lisbon, Breda or Gent!
Your responsibilities will include:
Being the point of contact for customers cultivating trust and strong relationships
Providing expert advice on products tailored to customers business needs, maximising sales opportunities
Optimising hoteliers experiences through feedback and usage data
Training and empowering hoteliers to maximise products
Supporting with customer retention strategies
About you:
You are a highly motivated individual with a passion for customer success. You excel in communication and relationship-building, and you are not afraid to up-sell. You thrive in a high-tech, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and have strong prioritisation abilities. In this full-time position you will join a multicultural office and have the chance to work one day per week from home.
Profile:
Trilingual: Fluent in Dutch and English (C1 level) both written and spoken
2+ years experience in similar role, hotel sales or Saa S experience is preferable
Patient, empathetic and natural in communication
Available to start in Lisbon/Breda/Gent
