At Lottusse, we are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Sales Assistant who will help deliver a premium in-store experience. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and teamwork to ensure the store meets brand standards and sales targets.

What will you do?
Assist and advise national and international customers, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
Manage product replenishment, labeling, and organization in-store, maintaining presentation standards at all times.
Support cash register operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and uphold brand standards.
Ensure the store’s image and cleanliness are aligned with the company’s style and values.
Minimum requirements
Previous experience in customer service or sales, ideally in retail or luxury brands.
Excellent communication skills, proactivity, and customer orientation.
Ability to work in a team and meet targets.
Basic knowledge of office tools and point-of-sale systems.
Intermediate to advanced level of English; additional languages are a plus.
Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends.
