Position Summary
This role consists of supporting Risk Management processes related to Non-Financial Risk Management program communication & training, Top Risk Assessment, Control Testing.

Key Result Areas
Non-Financial Risk Management program communication & training

Collect the Non-Financial Risk Management plan approved by Line of Business Risk Management teams and ensure alignment on expectations.

Communicate the Non-Financial Risk Management plan to internal stakeholders.

Update the internal web (Connect) pages owned by Risk Management on Non-Financial Risk Management program.

Design training materials on Non-Financial Risk Management program.

Steer the roll-out of the Training and Awareness plan.

Evaluate the success of Training and Awareness plan.

Top Non-Financial Risk Management Risk Assessment

Organize workshops with Risk Vector experts and document the results with them.

Populate data into the Non-Financial Risk Management tool.

Control testing

Define and document controls for in-scope control objectives in collaboration with Risk Vector experts.

Prepare annual Non-Financial Risk Management control testing execution plan with all stakeholders.

Conduct control testing, including evidence collection, review, and follow-up for missing or unclear evidence.

Collect conclusions on control testing results and agree on action plans with action owners.

Prepare control test result reports for presentation at Risk Committees.

Populate results into the Non-Financial Risk Management tool.

Risk Management Tools Administration

Collect queries from Risk Management Tools users and classify them by type and by priority.

Answer/solve timely queries.

Develop and communicate Q/A for Risk Management Tools Users.

Develop Training Materials and Risk Management Tools User Guidelines.

Perform regular trainings to different type of users.

Collect request for access to Risk Management Tools and control the rationale.

Implement the access rights duly validated.

Perform regular user access rights to deactivate unnecessary accesses, implement and document the results.

What You Bring

Total Years of Experience Required: Typically 3–5 years

Relevant / Specific Experience: Non-Financial Risk Management, Internal Control Systems, Risk & Control Assessments (RCA/RCSA), control testing, audit, compliance, or risk assurance roles; experience working within the Three Lines of Defense model.

People Management Responsibility: Individual Contributor (no team management responsibility)

Minimum Education Required: University degree (Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Business Administration, or related field)

Preferred Academic Background: Risk Management, Internal Audit, Finance, Compliance

Languages: English – mandatory
