What you'll do

Lead a team of operations and customer service managers in an European Region for our Offline (Retail channel).
Manage a team assuring day-to-day operations (from order management to post-sale customer service) assuring the highest levels of service and support our retail partners.
Supporting launch of new products, geographical expansion and improvements in supply chain.
Monitor and report team performance (collect and analyze metrics) and provide other reports to management.
Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
Manages operational performance at the country, region and customer level.
Work closely with teams across Emma, (Production, Logistics, Tech, etc) to ensure systems, processes and resources are in place to support local Operations.
English speaking (Portuguese and Spanish plus)
Who we're looking for

You have previous experience in a B2 B enviorment, ideally in e-commerce and/or start-up enviorment.
You have a degree in Business, Economics, Logistics or any similar degree.
You are proactive and constantly challenging the status quo
You are data driven and have an excellent use of MS Office skills.
You are structured and have the capacity to lead a team towards success.
Fluent in English (Other European languages are a plus)
