Full-Time Receptionist/Customer Service Attendant needed for Accommodation Business in Lisbon.

We have 8 accommodation brands across greater Lisbon, Almada and Estoril. The position is an onsite position, with the reception based in one of the brands in Bairro Alto. The remaining locations are serviced by a Self Check-in Model.

The ideal candidate will be self motivated, work well under pressure, have the ability to multi-task and provide excellent customer service, exceeding guest expectations.

Previous experience is not required, however will be considered favourably.

Tasks:

· Managing all guest communications (in person, by phone call, whatsapp and email), for whole accommodation business.

· Managing guest reservation process

· Check-ins / Checkouts

· Collecting payments and completing reconciliation reports with 100% accuracy

. Selling our products and services (including bar service)

. Promoting our parties, events, tours and other products

· General cleaning of common areas / laundry

· Speak advanced Portuguese and English

· Have an excellent capacity to communicate with people from all nationalities and backgrounds

· Have excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit

. Work well under pressure

· Demonstrate excellent time management and multitasking skills

· Have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel)
