What You’ll Do:

✔ Handle inbound/outbound calls, chat, and messages professionally and empathetically, including urgent situations.
✔ Apply for policies and ensure community satisfaction.
✔ Take ownership of user queries until resolution or escalation.
✔ Investigate and escalate urgent and sensitive matters when necessary.
✔ Manage cases involving safety concerns using trauma-informed methodologies.
✔ Provide exceptional claims service for

Damage Protection, Liability Insurance, and Experience Liability Insurance.
✔ Identify process improvements and submit feedback.
What You Need:

1-3 years of experience

in claims handling, dispute resolution, fraud/risk investigations, or insurance (property damage, healthcare claims, etc.).
Experience in estimating losses for

automobiles, watercraft, or property damage.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
