Your responsibilities and impact as a customer experience specialist will be:
In this role, you will be the point of contact with customers in advising, troubleshooting, and even setting up their new products.
Identify, reply and solve customer’s requests via phone, email, and chat.
Answer incoming calls concerning vehicle breakdowns (flat tire, engine failure, etc.) and create appropriate cases in the CRM system afterwards.
Identify the customer, vehicle, location and verify GOP coverage.
Guarantee client satisfaction and a high level of quality.
Ensure and participate in the success of the department.

You are a native or near-native German speaker with excellent English.
You have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience; technical support experience preferred.
