We are looking for a Project Manager for a hybrid position (Porto).

Requirements:

• Lead the assessment and standardization of quality gates within the software development lifecycle.

• Enhance continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices to optimize software delivery and deployment processes.

• Develop and implement best practices for software development industrialization, ensuring increased efficiency and quality.

• Identify opportunities for innovation and accessibility improvements through the application of AI technologies.

• Collaborate closely with the manager of the inserted area to align industrialization projects with broader business objectives.

• Build strong working relationships across multiple departments to drive project success and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience in project management with a strong focus on IT industrialization is a plus.

• In-depth understanding of software development processes, CI/CD methodologies, Devops overview and quality assurance practices.

• Familiarity with AI concepts and technologies is a plus but not a primary focus of the role.

• Excellent, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage teams.

• French B2 is mandatory for this position.

• English B2.
